Delete your ScrubHub account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ScrubHub and sign in.
2. Tap the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@scrubhubhome.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What’s deleted and what’s kept

• Deleted: your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, profile photo, saved payment cards, help chats, and sign-in.
• Upcoming bookings more than 24 hours away are cancelled free of charge, and repeat bookings stop.
• Kept: basic records of past bookings and payments, without your personal details, because tax and accounting laws require them. Pros keep access to their Stripe Express account for tax forms (1099s).
